GALAXY Vladivostok MARATHON
the largest running event in the Russian Far East
On September 27, 2025, a big sports celebration took place — the 9th GalaxyVladivostok Marathon. More than 5,000 people from 13 countries and many different cities of Russia took part in the most picturesque marathon of theFar East.
The marathon “Bridges of Vladivostok” was held as part of the activities of the federal project "Increasing the availability of tourist products" of the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry", with the support from the Primorsky Krai Tourism Ministry.
The marathon was organized by the running club “RunDnsRun”, the general partner was the Group of Companies “DNS”. The route and holding of the Marathon were carried out with the support and approval of the Government of Primorsky Krai and the Administration of the city of Vladivostok. Galaxy Vladivostok Marathon is the only marathon in the Far East of Russia approved byAIMS (Association of International Marathons and Runs).
This year's marathon presented a modified route concept with a start and finish on the Central Square of the city: not only traditional distances were presented: 10, 21.1,42.2 km, but also new ones: 3, 7, 28 km. A 1 km kid’s race was organized for the youngest athletes and there was also a distance for the Paralympics. It was also possible to participate in the Corporate Cup, a championship in which more than 50 conpanies competed for the 1st prize.
The winners of all distances shared a total prize fund of more than 1,000,000 rubles, and the winners of the marathon distance also received valuable prizes from DNSGroup: Samsung GALAXY smartphones.
The Vladivostok International Marathon was not just a sporting event. This was a vibrant city celebration and a real festival of culture and sports. Join us and become a part of our big running family.

Due to time restrictions for road closures on city streets, a general cut-off time for completing the distances, as well as intermediate cut-off times at specific checkpoints, will be enforced for the 42.2 km and 28 km distances.

It is necessary for yourself to take the medical certificate in original, the completed note of hand on responsibility for your health, and the passport when you take away the starting package.
Delivery of starting packages will begin in three days before the marathon
There have to be three stamps on the reference: the stamp of the doctor and two stamps of medical institution (instead of one of them there can be an imprint).
– At a distance of 10km, 7km, 5km and 1km – the reference can be issued in any medical establishment and confirm that you "Are healthy".
– The reference on 21.1, 28 and 42.2 km has to contain a formulation: "It is allowed to participate in competitions in cyclic sports – run to … by km”
The maximum possible period of validity of the medical certificate is 6 months. With such statement you are able to participate in any competitions of our series with the same reference during all this term
This year, for the first time, the start and finish of the marathon are at the same point: the Central Square of Vladivostok (Revolution Fighters Square). Landmark: 22 Svetlanskaya St.
